Fidalgo Fudge Co. excels in creating handcrafted, artisan fresh fudge that is smooth and creamy, and a little less sweet. Making over 50 varieties, from Classic Chocolate to Chai Tea to Habanero, there is something for everyone.
Trista Sakuma, purchased Fidalgo Fudge Co. in January of 2014. Trista, being no stranger to a commercial kitchen, was a professional baker for many years. Baking traditional French pastries, pies, wedding cakes and much more. She could always be found with chocolate at her fingertips. Turning her passion into her own business was a dream come true the day she met Jan and Doug. Ready for retirement, they were hoping to pass on their legacy to the perfect candidate. Trista is proud to present the same quality fresh fudge as always, but also adding her own experience to the business creating new flavors and having so much fun.
Our store is located in old town Anacortes on beautiful Fidalgo Island, the gateway to the San Juan archipelago in the pacific northwest corner of Washington State. Owner, Trista Sakuma, was proudly born and raised in the land where the mountains meet the sea. Where the forests and the waterways work together to feed this stunning landscape of vibrant greens and blues all year round.
