Northwest Neapolitan is a local spin on a traditional Neapolitan triple layered treat. As the late summer days grow darker earlier the wild blackberries are at peak. we use fresh picked local berries to make our seasonal blackberry fudge. Dark chocolate, vanilla and blackberry make a winning autumn combination.
